Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days depending on your location. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies at checkout.

Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order is lost, damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@calmrsleep.co within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund your order at no additional cost to you.

Order Modifications and Cancellations Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@calmrsleep.co. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled and must go through our returns process.
